Have you subscribed to our SPAM filtering solution? Our premium SPAM filtering is an optional service. You may have an email account with Ascendio that does not have this layer of protection. If you are interested in taking advantage of this service, drop us a line and we'll get you squared away.

Verify the settings inside your SPAM account are set to your desired level. Sometimes a setting could be set lower than others.

Verify you have not mistakenly added the spammer's email address on your "Approved Senders" list in your SPAM account. This will result in mail from their email address to be allowed into your inbox.
