You can use web-mail to send and receive your email. You may access your company's web-mail by visiting mail.ascendio.com or mail.yourdomainname.com. Please, replace "yourdomain.com" with your hosted domain name.
General settings you need to know about:
Remember, replace yourdomain.com with your hosted domain name.
Account type:
POP3
Account Name (Username):
Your entire email address, including the @yourdomain.com
Incoming Mail Server:
mail.yourdomain.com
Incoming Server Port:
110
Outgoing Mail Server:
mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server Authentication:
Required, use the same settings as your incoming mail server
Outgoing Mail Server Port (SMTP):
587 (NOT 25)
